Carol Thomas, EA
Carol Thomas is the owner of Carol Thomas Tax Preparation which is a proactive full service tax firm that provides an array of services with integrity, honesty and a commitment to excellence. Carol has been preparing tax returns professionally for over 10 years and passed the Special Enrollment Exam and earned her Enrolled Agent designation in 2003. Her firm prepares income tax returns and specializes in crisis tax cases. She assists clients with IRS audit controversies, multi-year failure-to-file cases and collection situations.
In 1999, she became a member of the National Association Tax Professionals (NATP), where she has served in many volunteer positions. Carol is the immediate past President of the California Chapter of National Association of Tax Professionals. In 2005 she became a certified speaker for NATP to teach their curriculum in the California Chapter. Carol also has participated in writing questions for the enrolled agent exam in 2007.
Carol is a member of the Internal Revenue Service Practitioner Liaison Stakeholder Relations Meeting in Los Angeles where she represents the California Chapter of NATP. Carol is also a part of the instructor cadre for Los Angeles Area Small Business Tax Workshops. Carol is also a Notary.

Debra J. Gaines
Debra joined us in 2002 and is currently the Office Manager. She assist with managing the office as well as interns during the year. Debra has volunteer with the California Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals to assist any way she can.
